SORYY IS AS SORRY DOES

"WHAT COULD BE MORE BADASS THAN THAT..."

SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE!

A DEA officer stops at a ranch in Texas and meets up with a good ole boy...

He tells the rancher, "I need to look around your place for illegally grown drugs."

The rancher replies, "Okay , but don't go in that field over there.....",

The officer explodes...  " Mister, I have the authority of the Federal Government with me!"

"See this badge?!  I am allowed to go wherever I want.... On  any land!! No questions asked!!  Have I made myself clear?

The rancher nods politely and goes about his chores.

A short time later, the old rancher hears horrific screams, looks up, and sees the man running for his life... chased by the rancher's big ass bull.

With every step the bull is gaining ground, and it seems  sure enough he is gonna lose.

The rancher throws down his tools, runs to the fence and yells at the top of his lungs.....

"Your badge, SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE! !"

NEWBORN BABY STOLEN BY THE GOVERNMENT

ONE BRAVE RUSKIE

A battalion commander who died after acting as a human shield to protect a soldier from a grenade blast on Wednesday probably saved dozens of lives, an army officer has said.
Major Sergei Solnechnikov pushed the soldier away from a grenade and threw himself over it after it bounced off a trench during training exercises at a Far Eastern military base in the town of Belogorsk.
"I shudder to think about what could have happened had he not done this. There was an entire battalion there; more than 100 people," Sergei Frolov, an officer at the Belogorsk base, told the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper.

A WIN FOR THE GOOD GUYS!

I POSTED THIS EARLIER ABOUT AN AMERICAN FAMILY WHO FOUGHT BACK AGAINST THE EPA, ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT... THEY WON!!

Officials from the Environmental Protection Agency and the US Army Corps of Engineers showed up on the site and ordered the couple to halt all activity.  It turns out the agencies suddenly declared the land in the new subdivision was a wetland.  Six months later they received a compliance order from the  informing them that the lot was a wetland and that they had to restore it back to its natural condition.  If they did not comply with the order, the  notice said that they could be fined up to $37,500 per day.
The Sacketts tried to appeal the order but were told by the EPA that decisions involving wetlands are not open to appeal.  They took their case to the courts and all of the courts up to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that landowners had no right to appeal an EPA order involving wetlands until fines have been assessed.  The case then went to the US  who just released their ruling on the case.
In the majority decision, Justice Antonin Scalia wrote that the Sacketts should have the right to file a civil suit against the EPA under the Administrative Procedures Act since the EPA order is a final one and that the couple were facing the huge fines.  He also wrote that the Clean Water Act, which is what the EPA was using to force the Sacketts to restore their property back to the original condition, is not exempt from judicial review.

Man claims attack by lion, saved by a bear

By Trevor Warner
Assistant Managing Editor

Warner/Paradise Post)

A Paradise man says he is lucky to be alive after an attack by a mountain lion Monday morning.Robert Biggs, 69, often hikes in the Bean Soup Flat area, which is about a mile and a half above Whisky Flats. He came across a mother bear, a yearling and a newborn, which were about 40 feet from where he was standing.
After watching the bear family for a few minutes he decided to leave them be and turned to walk back up the trail. As he turned, a mountain lion pounced on him grabbing hold of his backpack with all four paws.
"They usually grab hold of your head with all four paws, but my backpack was up above my head and (the mountain lion) grabbed it instead," Biggs said. "It must have been stalking the little bear, but it was on me in seconds."
He wrestled with the cat, striking it in the head with a rock pick. The cat screamed when it was hit with the pick, but didn't let go, Biggs said. Before he knew it, the mother bear came from behind and pounced on the cat, tearing its grip from the backpack.
The bear and the cat battled for about 15 seconds, Biggs said, until the cat finally ran away. The bear went on its way as well. Biggs ended up with bite marks, scratches and bruises to his arm, but was otherwise uninjured.
Biggs, a naturist, has hiked that same trail several times and has seen the mother bear and its cub last spring and fall. He said the encounters with the bears were friendly.
"(The cub) stood up on its hind legs and put its paws up and I
got to play patty-cake with it," he said. The patty-cake game was simply touching the bottom of its paw with his open palm, more like a high-five. He said the mother watched the two play and her only reaction was to call the cub back. Biggs said he is certain that the mother that saved him during the mountain lion attack is the same bear he has seen in that area before.
"They're pretty territorial," he said, adding that he recognized some of the bear's markings. Though his arm was pretty cut up, he chose not to go to the doctor, a move that concerned his wife Suzanne.
"There were puncture wounds and skin was hanging off, and you don't know what's in their paws," she said.
Biggs said he wasn't worried because he had a tetanus shot a couple of years ago. Biggs simply put peroxide on his wounds and expects that will be enough.
As for lessons learned, Suzanne quipped, "He doesn't learn."
Biggs just chuckled at the comment. The incident isn't going to stop him from enjoying the Ridge's wildlife.

ALL AMERICAN MUSLIM... CANCELLED

OOPS! SORRY... WRONG MUSLIM.

THIS SHOW... CANCELLED BY TLC.
A NICE FAMILY, BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS COUNTRY BEING A MELTING POT? THE USA WAS NOT MEANT TO BE FOREIGNER COMMUNES LIKE DEARBORN, MICHIGAN, WHERE OTHER  CULTURES AND LAWS ARE PUT BEFORE OUR CONSTITUTION.  THE IDENTITY OF THE FREE MAN IS LOST. CHRISTIANITY IS FOLDED UP LIKE A WASH TOWEL BY IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE OFFENDED BY ANOTHER RELIGION. THEY ARE THE TRUE NON-BELIEVERS OF BOTH FREEDOM AND GOD.

HOW ABOUT THE ALL AMERICAN?!

LOSS OF LIBERTY!

HR 347 and S 1794, the ‘‘Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011” has nothing to do with improving landscaping around federal buildings.  This bill is being presented as a No Trespassing bill.  Reasonable people understand that restrictions and protections are needed for government officials and government functions.  However, this legislation makes it a federal crime to simply DISRUPT the ORDERLY CONDUCT of government.  The violator doesn’t have to be on the grounds where the government business is being conducted, just within the vicinity of the self-proclaimed business. The law is not limited to buildings or locations as the title suggests, but seems to be “roving” and follows persons protected by Secret Service wherever they go.”
“The right to orderly conduct government is NOT a Constitutionally protected right. However we DO have the right to free speech and the right to peaceably assemble.  Our Constitution establishes the fundamental principle rights to speech and assembly are held by the people and the government must protect these rights, not limit them.” ~KrisAnne Hall, Constitutional attorney and scholar, Gainesville Tea Party

WATCH THAT FIRST STEP

In this Aug. 16, 1960 photo made available by the U.S. Air Force, Col. Joe Kittinger steps off a balloon-supported gondola at an altitude of 102,800 feet. In freefall for 4.5 minutes at speeds up to 614 mph and temperatures as low as -94 degrees Fahrenheit, he opened his parachute at 18,000 feet.

In this photo provided by Red Bull Stratos, Felix Baumgartner prepares to jump during the first manned test flight for Red Bull Stratos over Roswell, N.M. on Thursday, March 15, 2012. Baumgartner is more than halfway toward his goal of setting a world record for the highest jump. A spokesperson says the skydiver took a practice jump from more than 13 miles high over New Mexico. He's aiming for nearly 23 miles in the summer.
