Hundreds Of Penn High School Hockey Teams Told To Dump National Anthem…
Amazing, someone actually thought this was a good idea.

Nearly 200 high school hockey teams in Pennsylvania have been advised to eliminate the national anthem because it takes too much time to perform and costs too much money.
“We are recommending the national anthem not be played or sung or whatever it is,” Ed Sam, commissioner of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League told Fox News. “It has absolutely nothing to do with patriotism at all. That’s the furthest thing from the truth.”
Schools were notified of the directive in an email from the PIHL. He said teams are only allotted a certain amount of time to play matches.
Sam also said it had to do with economics. He said ice time is quite expense and the national anthem eats into the clock.

I BOUGHT THE K1300S ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, THE NEXT STEP WAS TO FIND AFTERMARKET PARTS FOR SOME PERFORMANCE UPGRADES. ENTER PIRATE'S LAIR, SELLER OF EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR BMW AND OTHER MOTORCYCLES.
I STARTED PICKING WHAT I NEEDED AND HAD A PLAN TO PURCHASE OVER THE WINTER TO EASE THE SPENDING CURVE. THIS WEEK I STARTED ORDERING PARTS IN THE PRIORITY OF USEFULNESS. BAM!! OUT OF NOWHERE WHAT WAS IN STOCK IS NOW GONE.
I JUST TALKED TO JERRY, THE HEAD PIRATE. HE DESCRIBED THREE VENDORS WHO ARE SMALL BUSINESSES. DUE TO THE OBUMMER REGIME AND THE ATTACK ON SMALL BUSINESS, THEY HAVE STOPPED PRODUCING THEIR UNIQUE PRODUCTS AND LAID OFF ALL THEIR WORKERS.
PIRATE'S LAIR IS A TWO PERSON COMPANY WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED ANNUAL SALES OF A MILLION DOLLARS. THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN 4-5 MONTHS IF OBUMMER IS NOT VOTED OUT.
JERRY'S VENDORS ALL SAY THEY WILL REHIRE AND BEGIN PRODUCTION TOMORROW IF MR. ROMNEY WINS TODAY.
ALTERNATIVES TO AMERICAN MADE COMPONENTS ARE LIMITED AND ARE MOSTLY GERMAN MANUFACTURED. GOOD QUALITY, BUT HANDLE BARS MADE IN THE USA WERE $225 A PAIR, GERMAN MADE WILL RUN $450 OR MORE.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE CAN BE LIMITED IN MANY WAYS, WELCOME BACK TO THE HORSE AND BUGGY.

Crews from Huntsville, as well as Decatur Utilities and Joe Wheeler out of Trinity headed up there this week, but Derrick Moore, one of the Decatur workers, said they were told by crews in New Jersey that they can’t do any work there since they’re not union employees….
Understandably, Moore said they’re frustrated being told “thanks, but no thanks.”
With so much at stake–and lives still in danger–it would seem logical to tell special interests to step aside.
On Wednesday, while visiting cleanup efforts in New Jersey in the company of Gov. Chris Christie, President Barack Obama vowed: “We are not going to tolerate red tape, we are not going to tolerate bureaucracy.”

The Caswells have been in the motel business since the 50’s when Russ Caswell’s father first built the motel in Massachusetts. Russ and his wife are now getting up in years and thinking about retirement. Their motel property is worth about $1 million, and they have no mortgage on it, so they’ve been able to work through the years and save up their money.
Now, they’re in trouble with the Feds. Technically, the Caswells aren’t, but their property is. The Caswells have no criminal history whatsoever, but because there has been drug use in their motels rooms over the past 20 years, the Feds and police are attempting to confiscate their property under civil forfeiture laws. Both the Feds and police stand to gain financially from this seizure. If the court approves the confiscation, the Feds would keep 20% of the proceeds after they sell it, and the local police would keep the remaining 80%. They call this “equitable sharing.” Yep, they can just do that.

As Jalopnik has exclusively learned, the cars then caught fire and burned to the ground.Our source tells us they were “first submerged in a storm surge and then caught fire, exploded.” This wouldn’t be the first time the vehicles, which use a small gasoline engine to charge batteries that provide energy to two electric motors, had an issue with sudden combustion.The vehicle, despite only being in limited production, has already experienced numerous fires due to equipment failures and electrical shorts. How, exactly, they caught fire after being submerged in sea water is unclear. It’s possible the salt water caused a short that led to a fire.
