THEY TOOK A STAND... AND DIED

Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston!

National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.
Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.
Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.
The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.
Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.
One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”
Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.
During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.
Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.
Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.
Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops.
Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.
And this fellow Americans, is how the American Revolution began, April 20, 1775.

HEAVY DUES FOR BEING A PUNK

Trayvon Martin Was a Punk

394856It is sad to have to bring up the character of the dead in a bad light, but when that character is the direct cause of his death and racists want to ignore it and make him seem to be some innocent child, than it becomes something that needs to be discussed.
Would anyone think it is ok to sucker punch someone in the nose and beat their head on concrete? Somehow this is ignored along with Trayvon’s history of fighting and drug use. With the attitude of today’s teens is it really that out of context to think he would attack Zimmerman?
When you hear about this innocent child needing justice realize that the racists who are saying this are ignoring the fact that Trayvon was the aggressor and got what was legally coming to him when he attacked.
One of the biggest lessons we should learn from this is that punks can’t get away with it.
Check it out:
If you’re in your late teens and you get shot after assaulting a neighborhood-watch supervisor, and you want someone else to get blamed for your behavior, here are thirteen tips to make you look like an “innocent child” that loves Skittles, doing math and riding horses versus a gangbanger-in-waiting.
1. Don’t have pictures on social media, or on your cell phone, of your holding guns like a gangsta. If you do take pictures with firearms, make certain the weapon is held properly, away from the camera, with your finger off the trigger and it does not give off the I’m-a-criminal-in-training vibe. Just a thought.
2. Don’t have multiple pictures of your inhaling weed floating around on either social media or in your cell phone where the police can retrieve them and use them against you. This, too, hampers the “innocent child” motif.
3. Also, when you do flip off the camera, go with the one-hand F-you, rather than the double finger fongool. The double-finger F-you is too over the top. One F-you should suffice as it’ll show that you are a gentleman that has restraint and are an innocent soul, almost … child like.
Indeed, the one-finger F-you can easily be explained as innocuous, childhood banter between chums. For example, “Hi, do you want to play? No? Okay, F-you. Have a good day, talk to you later”. See?

AND THE NSA SAYS... "GET FUCKED"

Navy Vet Asks If NSA Is Spying On Him – NSA Says It’s None Of His Business

Since whistleblower Edward Snowden leaked information the National Security Agency (NSA) was collecting metadata on all US citizens, including emails, cell phone calls, internet browsing history, wouldn’t you like to know what was collected on you? Clayton Seymour, a Navy vet from Hilliard, OH, sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the agency. The IT specialist was interested in knowing if the NSA was collecting data on him. He was met with a letter telling him he wasn’t entitled to that information.
According to the Blaze:
Weeks later, the Navy vet from Hilliard, Ohio—who voted for President Obama in 2008 and 2012 and supported his platform of greater governmental transparency—got a response that made him “furious.”
It was a letter from the NSA explaining that he was not entitled to any information. Seymour tells Tikkun Daily Blog scribe David Harris-Gershon that he “felt betrayed.”
The rejection letter details why “none of that data can be obtained by an American citizen in a standard FOIA request,” the Tikkun Daily notes.
Screen-Shot-2013-07-07-at-3.28.48-PM-e1373225397510
Seymour had decided to request his NSA file after coming across a recent post of Harris-Gershon’s instructing Americans on how to properly request such files from the FBI and NSA.
Seymour stated to Harris-Gershon in a written communication he was “generally a law abiding citizen with nothing I can think of that would require monitoring, but I wanted to know if I was having data collected about me and if so, what.”
According to the Tikkun Daily:
Seymour isn’t the only one who has recently had an FOIA request denied by the NSA – dozens of citizens have emailed me to say they’ve received a similar, if not identical, letter. And it’s clear from the exemption the NSA is using that every single American is having their FOIA requests similarly rejected.
Unjustly so.
It should be noted that there are legitimate exemptions to the Freedom of Information Act, the first of which states that documents requested may be denied if they are “properly classified as secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy.”
However, the central problem is this: Seymour’s letter from the NSA points to Executive Order 13526, signed by President Obama in 2009, as justification for the NSA’s FOIA exemption.
This order signed by Obama established a uniform system for classifying national security information, and stipulates that “information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security.”
This qualification appears in section 1.4 of the executive order, after which follow many categories of information which may be marked as classified. The category the NSA points to in justifying the classification of all its data is this:
  1. intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology
Meaning: the NSA is classifying every single bit of data it receives from ordinary American citizens based on the premise that it has been gathered covertly.
Meaning: the NSA’s advertised justification for not granting FOIA requests is to protect our country. However, the real justification is the NSA’s covert violation of Americans’ Fourth Amendment right not to be subject to unwarranted searches and seizures (in this case of their personal, digital data).
It seems that even benign data culled from citizens like Seymour, who are no threat to national security, have had their data classified by the NSA. Seymour’s’ rejection letter can be viewed here.
America should be howling in protest; instead, the public hits the snooze button and goes back to sleep. Believing the government is keeping the people safe using these tactics is like believing in the Easter Bunny. The information gleaned from the American public was gathered covertly: beginning to sound as if the American people are a threat. Who are we a threat to?

SECURITY SCREENING GONE MAD

Decorated Wounded Marine Treated “Shamefully” By TSA

Obviously, his medals made him a high security risk.
Wearing the uniform of the Few and Proud doesn’t rate preferential treatment from the Transportation Security Administration or California capitol security officers, retired Marine Cpl. Nathan Kemnitz recently found.
Kemnitz, severely injured in 2004 in a roadside bomb attack in Fallujah, has limited use of his right arm and cannot lift it above his head. So when security guards at the state capitol building in Sacramento, Calif., asked him to remove his dress blue blouse “because he was wearing too much metal,” and TSA asked him to raise his arms above his head for the full-body scanner at Sacramento International Airport, he could not comply.
“My right arm doesn’t work. It’s a lot of hassle for me to do that,” Kemntiz said.
At the state capitol, the Marine’s refusal to remove his uniform top grew into a heated exchange between Kemnitz, a friend who was accompanying him and security officers.
At the airport, bystanders stared as the TSA security screener looked under Kemnitz’s medals, ran his hands under the Marine’s waistband and swabbed his shoes for explosives.
“What does a uniform and heroism represent if our own citizens — in this case employees of the TSA and security personnel — have no regard for them?” wrote Kemnitz’s escort, Patricia Martin, to Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki following the incidents.
Martin took photos and disseminated them to family, friends and members of the media.

No Law Should Ever Be Longer than the Constitution

The Affordable Care Act — ObamaCare — consists of 2700 pages of new laws and the new immigration bill is about half that size coming in around 1200 pages. This is just the beginning. Once the lawyers, courts, bureaucrats, and later acts of Congress get their greedy vote-begging hands on these new laws there will be no end to what they’ll find in their pages.
The Constitution of the United States was written on four sheets of parchment. If you count the Preamble and all 27 Amendments (remember there were originally only ten), it comes out to 20 typed pages. If you don’t count the signatures and amendments, the document consists of 11 typed pages.Bill of Rights_02
No single Amendment is a full page. Many are only a single sentence in length.
The First Amendment covers a multitude of freedoms: religion, press, assembly, speech, and the right to petition the government. It does it with only 45 words.
Those original four sheets, about 4500 words, were good enough to serve as a document to govern a nation.
Can you imagine a 1200-page immigration bill with similar interpretive powers for Congress and the Courts? Consider how much damage these two governmental branches have been able to do with just four sheets of parchment. What will they be capable of doing with 1200 pages of an immigration bill and 2700 pages of a healthcare bill that will enable them to govern every facet of our lives?
The Constitution takes about 30 minutes to read. The Declaration of Independence has 1,458 words, with the signatures, but is slower reading. It takes about ten minutes of reading time.
I’d be willing to wager that there are some members of Congress who haven’t read either document all the way through.God and Government cover
There’s a very good chance that not a single member of Congress has read the Affordable Care Act or the most recent Immigration bill.
Then there’s the question of who actually wrote these bills? I want a list of names.
We didn’t elect these people, so they shouldn’t be writing our laws.
Here’s a short proposed Amendment to the Constitution: “All laws must be written by those elected to office. If it was good enough for our founders it should be good enough for you.”

LOST IN THE MACHINE

MILITARY REBUKE...

What makes a good leader? Is it the willingness to do as one would have others do? Is it an underlying bravery, to do what needs to be done even in the face of potential peril? As philosophers have contemplated this notion for millennia, I cannot honestly claim to have a firm, definitive answer as to what makes a leader great.
I can, however, pinpoint qualities that are not found in a true leader. Cowardice, selfishness and an almost pathological willingness to avoid any accountability whatsoever are not qualities that can ever be found in a true leader.
Which brings me to President Obama…
Though we ask our soldiers to risk life and limb for their country, many soldiers will be unable to see the rocket’s red glare this year as we celebrate our nation’s birthday. But don’t worry; The Obamas are reportedly having a great time on their taxpayer-funded vacation to Africa.

THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO CELEBRATE OUR FREEDOM...
